Selected, high-quality raw materials and natural ingredients are used for production. The basis for the unique flavour is the in-house sourdough, long overnight pre-doughs and the swelling and flavouring pieces.

The bakers at the Tritschler bakery give the dough time to rest and mature, allowing the flavour to develop and the baked goods to stay fresh for a long time. This is the promise of quality, whereby the preservation and further development of old recipes is also part of the obligatory tradition.
