The streets of St. Blasien will once again be transformed into an open-air studio in 2025. Black Forest Highlands Tourismus GmbH, the town of St. Blasien and the St. Blasien advertising and activity group invite you to the 28th sculpture symposium.
"From tree trunk to work of art"
Experience what is created in the streets of St. Blasien. Sawing, tapping and hammering is going on in every nook and cranny under permanent tents - it's a loud and bustling week in St. Blasien.
From tree trunks with a diameter of 40-60 centimetres and a height of 160-220 centimetres, the artists from all over the world conjure up sculptures that fascinate, inspire and amaze.
From Monday to Friday - processing the tree trunks, presenting the sculptures and burning the fire sculpture on the cathedral square on Saturday, where the works of art will be auctioned off on Sunday as the grand finale.
