The training is suitable for everyone - young and old, regardless of fitness level.
You can join at any time. In order to meet the needs and wishes of all participants, great importance is attached to a varied programme. Training takes place both in shallow water at chest height and in deep water. The targeted use of equipment such as swimming noodles, dumbbells or belts intensifies the individual training effect of the participants.
Participants should be able to swim as a prerequisite.
