Traditional dough production using only flour, water, yeast and salt has largely been lost due to the often industrialised production of bread and baked goods. In the context of sustainability and a growing awareness of healthy eating, the desire for wholesome and tasty bread and cakes, as our parents, grandparents and great-grandparents knew them, has also emerged.
With Sina Jochim, you will learn how different bread doughs are made. From classic yeast dough to (sour) dough made with a long leavening process, she will explain everything to do with bread and cakes - with some ingenious recipes - and expand and deepen your knowledge. Together we will bake yeast plait and mixed bread, which the participants can also take home.
The course is suitable for beginners as well as experienced bakers.
