It's time for four weeks of culinary delights: from Saturday, 1 November to Saturday, 15 November 2025, numerous restaurateurs in the Black Forest Highlands will spoil their guests with a regional speciality: game dishes. During the Black Forest Highlands Game Weeks, the participating establishments will once again emphasise the special nature of game dishes in this region.
A game dish is characterised by carefully prepared meat from local game animals, accompanied by selected side dishes and spices. The creative preparation methods and the use of fresh, local ingredients give the game dishes a special flavour.
