The short walk of around 1.5 km starts at the parkingplace near the cemetery and takes you through idyllic winter landscapes: past the ‘Pfälzer Eck’, to the ski jump and finally back to your starting point via the village square.

Lighting: A torch or headlamp is strongly recommended.Parking:Cemetery car park (max. 3 hours parking time).Alternatives: Parking at the Uhrmacher-Ketterer-Halle or at the Dobel ski-lift. Equipment:Winterproof footwear with good tread.Clothing suitable for the weather.Sure-footedness is required.

The Lantern Trail is suitable for very off-road pushchairs, but is not accessible for wheelchairs or walking frames.
