Fresh wood-fired bread from the Black Forest
Beschreibung
We bake our wood-fired bread just as our great-grandmother used to make it on the Fallerhof.
This means that we guarantee that we do not use any chemicals or ready-made baking mixes.
Our bread dough consists of 70% wheat and 30% rye flour, yeast, salt and water - we use Grander water on the farm. It is baked in our wood-fired oven, which is fuelled with rye and wood from the farm. Sometimes the weather or the moon has an effect. This gives our bread a unique flavour and makes it a special treat.
In addition to the wood-fired bread, we also have our popular wholemeal spelt bread with sesame, linseed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Of course, we also offer white bread and yeast plaits.
Baking day:
Friday from 12 noon you can buy our fresh wood-fired bread directly from the farm. Or individually by arrangement.
On Saturday mornings you can find us at the weekly market in Titisee-Neustadt.
