Once upon a time, an innkeeper in the deep Black Forest had a guest who was always complaining of discomfort in his stomach.
Day after day, the innkeeper pondered, how he could help his guest. Then one day, an elderly little man came out of the forest to visit the innkeeper and they got talking. They talked about God and the world, and after a while, the innkeeper told the little man from the forest about his guest. The little man from the forest gave the innkeeper a bottle with red contents and said, it was blood from the forest and that he should mix a few drops with fresh spring water from the Finsterhalde on the saddle near the Judas - Thaddäus chapel and give it to his guest.
