Wegbeschreibung
You start your tour to Titisee from Hinterzarten railway station. You stroll past the Adlerweiher pond in the direction of the Adler ski jumps. At the impressive ski jumping stadium, turn left and climb briefly through the upper Winterhalde. At the panoramic Mehlberg, turn left towards Jockelehof.
Above the old chapel, you walk along narrow paths to the edge of the forest. From here, you descend through spruce and mixed forest and reach the Titisee festival meadow. From there, you cross the spa gardens and stroll along the shore, enjoying the Titisee.
If you wish, you can now take the half-hourly train to Hinterzarten.
Walk back from Titisee along the Alte Poststraße, past the church in the direction of Eisweiher. Through the Winterhaldenwald forest you meet up with the outward route again until the path crosses. From now on, the trail descends slightly - a detour to the Bärenhofmühle mill below with its numerous small mills and saws is worthwhile - and continues above the railway line towards Jockele-Hof. Below the railway is the historic Jockele mill saw. Follow the track through the lower Winterhalde back towards Hinterzarten.
