With a generous area of 60 m², the apartment extends over two floors and offers you the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation. **First floor:** On the first floor, you will find a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals. Opposite you will find an inviting living room with a cozy dining area where you can dine and relax together. The tasteful furnishings create a warm, inviting atmosphere in which you will immediately feel at home. **1st floor:** There are two separate bedrooms on the upper floor of the apartment, ensuring your peace and privacy. You will also find a modern bathroom with shower and WC on the 1st floor, offering you all the comfort you could wish for. This vacation apartment is the ideal place to unwind and explore the surrounding area. Whether for a short weekend trip or a longer vacation - you will enjoy every moment here. Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. On the day of departure, the holiday apartment is available to you until 10 a.m. Please always contact the landlord well in advance of your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions

Up to 14 days before check-in, guests will receive a 100% refund. Less than 14 days before check-in, guests will not receive a refund.

Tourist tax information

The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. A tourist tax of EUR 2.50 per person per night is charged in the location of the booked accommodation. This must be paid to the host.
