Our bright, approx. 120 m² apartment is completely and very generously furnished. It has 3 separate bedrooms (one with a bed length of 220 cm), 2 separate bathrooms, a spacious living room with TV-SAT, DVD and stereo and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. When renting with 4 people, one bedroom and one bathroom remain closed. We have placed special emphasis on biological building materials. The floors in the bedrooms are made of cork, the rest of the rooms are made of real birch or maple parquet and the bathrooms are fully tiled. Heating and hot water are generated centrally with wood and solar. The furniture is made up of exclusive solid spruce wood furniture. Due to the wooden construction and due consideration for subsequent tenants, it is generally not allowed to smoke or bring animals. There is plenty of space around the house to play and lie down. Konus enables the free use of bus and train.

We have carports or garages for all vehicles, motorcycles can be safely stored in closed buildings.
That is why you have no problems with snow-covered or icy cars in winter and we, the landlords, live in the same house as a contact person.
Hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, motorcycle:
A wide, well-signposted network of trails for easy to extremely demanding hiking, mountain biking and Nordic walking begins a few meters behind the house. If problems arise on the bikes, we have the appropriate tools for most repairs. Of course, the bikes are in the closed garage.
The Black Forest, the Vosges, the Swiss Jura and the nearby Swiss and Austrian Alps together with the Lake Constance region offer ideal conditions for motorcycle tours in all variations. Whether speedy driving on former and current mountain racing routes or a quiet cruise, we are happy to help you create interesting motorcycle tours that can be an unforgettable experience. Off-road driving is not allowed in our beautiful landscape. The motorcycles can be parked in a closed garage.
