Hausregeln: Zwischen 22 Uhr abends bis 6 Uhr morgens ist Ruhezeit. Bitte seien Sie in dieser Zeit umsichtig und leise aus Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn und weitere Gäste im Untergeschoß. Aus Sicherheitsgründen möchten wir immer wissen wer sich in unserem Haus aufhält, daher sind zusätzliche und nicht angemeldete Gäste nicht erlaubt. Sie können kostenlos auf zugewiesenen Parkplätzen parken. Wenn Sie das Haus verlassen bitten wir Sie alle Fenster und Türen zu schließen. Bitte ziehen Sie vor dem Verlassen des Hauses die Markise ein, damit plötzliche Windböen keine Schäden am Dach verursachen können. Unserer Umwelt zuliebe bitte ich Sie die Heizkörper bei Verlassen der Wohnung zurückzudrehen und bei geöffneten Fenstern grundsätzlich zuzudrehen. Damit unsere Umwelt sauber bleibt wird bei uns der Müll getrennt ( Restmüll, Biomüll, Papier, Kunststoffe, Glas. Partys und Veranstaltungen sind nicht erlaubt.

Description

You and your family will stay in a very spacious and beautiful house with a view of the typical Black Forest countryside. The sunny and quiet location is the ideal starting point for your activities during your vacation in the Black Forest. Our vacation home offers space for up to 7 people on 140 square meters. A beautifully landscaped playground right next to the house will ensure that your children will never get bored. A warm welcome! The accommodation There are 3 single rooms and 2 double rooms, as well as a spacious bathroom and a separate WC with shower. Access for guests Parking for 2 cars directly in front of the house Further important information There is a visitor's tax per person/night. For adults the tourist tax is 2.10 euros and for children up to 16 years 0.80 euros. This is payable and settled on arrival. By paying the visitor's tax, all guests receive the KONUS guest card. This card enables your guests to use public transport in the KONUS area free of charge.

Anreise mit dem PKW, Von Freiburg kommend biegen Sie nach dem Ortsschild links in die Kussenhofstraße ab. Sie nehmen die zweite Einfahrt links und nach 50 m liegt das Haus auf der linken Straßenseite. Von Villingen-Schwenningen kommend biegen Sie nach dem Ortsschild links auf die Umgehungsstraße in Richtung Freiburg/ Waldkirch ab. An der zweiten Ampelkreuzung fahren Sie links und an der nächsten Kreuzung biegen Sie rechts in die Kussenhofstraße ein. Sie nehmen die zweite Einfahrt links und nach 50 m liegt das Haus auf der linken Straßenseite. Von Triberg kommend fahren Sie auf der B 500 durch die Innenstadt in Richtung Freiburg/Waldkirch durch. Am Ortsende, kurz vor dem Ortschild biegen Sie rechts in die Kussenhofstraße ein. Sie nehmen die zweite Einfahrt links und nach 50 m liegt das Haus auf der linken Straßenseite. Anreise mit der Bahn und Bus, Zielbahnhof Triberg im Schwarzwald. Busanbindung vom Bahnhof Triberg nach Furtwangen Ilbenstr. Umsteigemöglichkeit in den Bürgerbus mit Ziel Kussenhof.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
