Die Ferienwohnungen "Luisa" und "Moritz" sind für max. 5 Personen geeignet, verfügen über zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank (ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon), voll ausgestatteter Küche (Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine) mit Essecke, Wohnzimmer mit TV, DVD, Bücher- und Spielesammlung, Balkon, Badezimmer.Der Preis versteht sich inkl. Nebenkosten, wie Heizungs-, Strom- und Wasserkosten, sowie inklusive Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung. Die Wohnungen sind mit kostenfreiem WLAN ausgestattet.
Zur Ferienwohnung gehören ebenso zwei Balkone, auf denen Sie ein sonniges Frühstück geniessen können. Auf Wunsch stellen wir für Ihre Kinder ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Zum Austoben oder Schneemann bauen kann unsere grosse Wiese genutzt werden.

Please contact your host in advance to inform them about your approximated time of arrival.Differing cancellation conditions
The tenant can terminate the contract in writing. In principle, the full rent is due for short-term tenancies that are terminated - less the expenses saved (§537 I, § 542 II BGB). However, we only charge cancellation fees depending on the cancellation period:
Free of charge up to 3 months before the start of the rental period
50 % of the agreed rental price if canceled 3 months - 30 days before the start of the rental period
75 % of the agreed rental price if canceled 30 to 3 days before the start of the rental period
100 % of the agreed rental price if canceled up to 2 days before the start of the rental period or no-show
However, if the apartment is rented to someone else at short notice under the same conditions, the cancellation fee will be reduced.
The rental price will not be refunded in the event of early departure.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Tourist tax information
