The flat is divided into a hallway area, a bathroom with shower and WC, a fully equipped kitchen with open-plan dining and living area and two separate bedrooms (1x double bed with 1.60m width, 1x two single beds) with access to a small balcony (west). On the north side, the flora and fauna area with beautiful meadows extends to the edge of the forest. Here you can watch the young cattle grazing during the summer. On the south side, the view sweeps over houses as far as Höchenschwand. Equipment of the holiday flat:

Around the house there is the possibility to sit outside in good weather. On request a barbecue can also be provided.
