Spacious holiday flat with conservatory and direct access to the garden with large sunbathing lawn, deckchairs are available, plus play facilities such as table tennis and a chess board with large pieces. Modern living room (20 square metres) equipped with TV, stereo radio, DVD and video recorder, free WLAN. There are also 2 bathrooms, a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 3 people and space for cooking and baking. The cosy winter garden invites you to drink coffee, read, knit etc.

Description
Enjoy your holiday. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains and fir trees. You can relax and dream on a sunbathing lawn (south-facing slope). The hiking trails start right at the end of the garden. In winter, the popular Schluchsee cross-country ski trail passes just a few metres away. A large barbecue area (illuminated) invites you to enjoy cosy evenings. For cooler days there is a garden house with an open fireplace. Our garden chess game with large pieces is very popular.
