The maisonette flat is approx. 96m² in size and is located on the 4th floor and in the attic of a new house built in 2007 in the centre of Schluchsee.  


On the lower level there is a large dining room with a high-quality integrated fitted kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker with 4 hobs, dishwasher, fridge combination with freezer, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, food processor and basic kitchen equipment.
The living and dining area has a tiled stove.
Also on this level is a lockable bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake.
A staircase leads to an open gallery with another bedroom with a double bed (200x200) and a sofa bed (160x200). There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower on this level.

There is underfloor heating throughout the flat. Additional warmth is provided by an elaborately designed tiled stove. Handmade tiles are laid in the lower living area and wooden parquet flooring in the upper area.

Thanks to the numerous windows, the entire living area is flooded with light, providing wonderful views from all rooms. The windows can be shaded with pleated blinds, internal roller blinds and, in some cases, external roller shutters.

The window front to the terrace has an electric roller shutter and many windows have insect screens.

Numerous light sources either provide the necessary illumination for certain areas or create atmospheric lighting accents.

The large-screen LCD TV on the lower floor has a built-in hard drive that allows you to record or time-shift television. There is a second LCD TV on the upper floor with a DVD player. The Geneva® sound system with CD slot and iPod connection means you don't have to do without your favourite music in hi-fi quality on holiday. A cordless telephone with 3 devices distributed throughout the flat and Internet DSL access complete our media offer.

In a small library you will find numerous books and maps on the subject of holidays at Schluchsee and in the Black Forest, so that you can plan your excursions and activities in the best possible way. There are also some board games for you to play.

The south-facing terrace is furnished with 6 stackable chairs and a table with a granite top. There are 2 fold-out sun loungers for sunbathing. An electric awning with automatic wind protection protects you from too much sun, so that you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the lake and the surrounding Black Forest mountains for as long as possible.

You can park your car in a spacious garage with a radio-controlled roller shutter. Bicycles can also be parked in the garage. An additional cellar room offers further storage space for skis or other equipment. A lift goes directly to the front door of the flat.
