We are a relaxed hostel where the apartment is located on the top floor. It is a spacious apartment with four bedrooms, a large dining area and two kitchens, as well as three bathrooms, which were renovated in 2021, with parquet flooring in the bedrooms and carpeting only in the hallway. Up to 15 people can stay overnight.
You can barbecue and sit in the garden. From here you can walk to the lake on a beautiful hiking trail. We are happy to organize e-bikes or ski and snowshoe equipment, which will be brought to the house!
Extra beds are possible, there is enough space. We offer high-speed internet and a television. So you can relax and spend your vacation with us.
There is a table tennis table in the courtyard and in the evening you are welcome to use our own swimming pond.

Description
A small, carefully renovated mountain hostel awaits you in a pretty glass-blowing village with eight houses. The Rössle is a great starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. You can relax with a book by the nearby pond or go cross-country skiing on the Äulemer cross-country ski trail in winter. You are welcome to book our sports programmes such as Nordic walking, yoga, stand-up paddling, mountain biking or hiking. A sauna is also available or you can go to the Radonbad, 5 km away. We offer two group rooms for up to 30 people with projectors and flip charts. You can stay there as a group or school class in peace and quiet. Nobody will disturb you. You can start the day with our hearty breakfast. We offer vegan, vegetarian and healthy regional products, which we serve fresh and modern. We have incorporated our many years of travelling experience into our menu and now want to share it with you. During the day, when you return from excursions or in the evening when you are relaxing in our restaurant, you can refuel with a snack. We also offer self-catering facilities in the guest and main house. You are welcome to barbecue and linger in the outdoor area. Here you can make new sporting acquaintances and occasionally get to know competitive athletes. We have kept the rooms modern so that you can sleep soundly at an altitude of 1,100 metres. You are welcome to travel by public transport to the AHA railway station all year round. From April to October, a bus stops in front of the hostel in Äule in the afternoon. In the other months, we are happy to pick you up at AHA station the day before by prior arrangement. You can also walk to us along the lake in the direction of Äule!
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
