Whoever says Black Forest, must mean Schoenwald! The holiday apartment offered here is located in the apartment complex Hirschen in the centre of the curative-climatic health resort Schönwald at about 1000 metres above sea level. The complex has an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness room and a table tennis table. Biking, hiking, walking, skiing or cross-country skiing in winter or just relaxing in the most beautiful Black Forest surroundings. A bus stop is about 50 meters from the house, the next train station is about 8km away (Triberg). Post office, restaurants, cash dispensers, bakery, butcher's shop, park, grocery stores and retailers are also within walking distance. Larger shops in a few minutes by car. Schönwald has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a mini-golf course, ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, cycle and hiking paths. Free parking is available at the front and right behind the house. In case of need there are free public parking spaces 20 and 50 meters away which can be used.

Check-in and check-out regulation

In order to enable an orderly handover of a tidy and clean apartment, we ask you to arrange your arrival from 4 p.m. and to plan or enable departure or the vacating of the apartment by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Please always contact the landlord in good time before or during your arrival to discuss the arrival time and the handing over of the keys in detail.

Directions

Motorway A5 Frankfurt / Basel: Exit "Offenburg" on the federal road B33 towards "Villingen-Schwenningen" and via "Triberg" to Schönwald.
Motorway A81 Singen / Stuttgart: Exit "Villingen-Schwenningen" on the federal road B33 via "St. Georgen" to Schönwald.
Train connection: Triberg railway station, then with the VSB bus connection directly to Schönwald - bus stop 50 metres from the house.
Airport - distances: Zurich: about 120km ; Basel: about 135km ; Strasbourg (Strasbourg): about 90km ; Stuttgart: about 130km

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include tourist tax. The tourist tax levied in the place of the booked accommodation is obligatory to be paid upon arrival. This is €2.50 per person per night for persons over 15 years of age, €1 per child for children aged 6-15 years - children under 6 years are exempt. For this purpose, the legally required registration form will be filled out when the keys are handed over and the spa card will then be handed over (KONUS card - detailed information on the versatile card and the numerous discounts can be found on the Internet).

Important payment information and other conditions

Additional costs for one pet (dog or cat): 5,--€ per pet / night. According to the house rules, only one pet is allowed per flat. In addition, there is an extra cleaning charge of €10.00 for a pet. Note: the sauna is operated by a coin-operated machine (continuous operation is not economical in the current situation!). You need several 1€ coins for this - about 15 minutes running time per coin - heating time also 15 minutes. You can reserve a period for the current day in a list posted in front of the sauna.
