Check-in and check-out regulation

In order to enable an orderly handover of a tidy and clean apartment, we ask you to arrange your arrival from 4 p.m. and to plan or enable departure or the vacating of the apartment by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Please always contact the landlord in good time before or during your arrival to discuss the arrival time and the handing over of the keys in detail.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include tourist tax. The tourist tax levied in the place of the booked accommodation is obligatory to be paid upon arrival. This is €2.50 per person per night for persons over 15 years of age, €1 per child for children aged 6-15 years - children under 6 years are exempt. Important payment information and other conditions

Additional costs for one pet (dog or cat): 5,--€ per pet / night. According to the house rules, only one pet is allowed per flat. In addition, there is an extra cleaning charge of €10.00 for a pet.
