Description

We offer a spacious apartment on the top floor with 108 s.qm for up to 5 people, south-facing balcony,near the town center. It has a large living room with a cozy fireplace and satellite TV, wireless interet, a kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, children bed, bath with shower and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. We invite you to enjoy and relax in the sauna of the apartment.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please always conact the landlord at least 3 days upon arrival by email or phone to arrange the hand-over of keys.

Directions

Driving by car on the motorway A5 towards Basel exit in Offenburg. Follow the main road B33 towards Villingen-Schwenningen/Biberach/Kinzigtal/Gengenbach. Keep right and follow signs to Villingen-Schwenningen/Haslach. Then turn right to stay on the B33. Turn right into Frejusstraße and continue on B500 and into Schonach Str./L109. You´ll reach your destination after 2km on your right side.

Differing cancellation conditions

For cancellation 45 days prior arrival we´ll charge 10%, at least 25 Euro; for cancellation 30 days prior arrival we´ll charge 25%; and 22 days prior arrival 50%; thereafter 80%. In case of a no-show 90% will be charged.
