Relax and unwind: Our apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. This means that up to 4 people can enjoy their vacation here. The equipment includes: Central heating, well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and fridge, eat-in kitchen with sofa bed and dining area with corner bench, CD player, radio, TV, high chair and baby crib available, washing machine and dryer can be shared, bed linen and towels available, barbecue and playground with children's vehicle park. Pets are welcome on request for an extra charge. Parking spaces are available free of charge. We can also prepare a rich breakfast for you on request.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please contact your host in advance to inform them about your approximated time of arrival.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. Should a visitors’ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions

A deposit of up to 90% of the travel price is due upon booking. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.
