Die komfortabel ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen liegen im neu erbauten Gästehaus und verfügen jeweils über zwei große Balkone, die den schönen Ausblick auf die herrliche Umgebung des Hochschwarzwaldes abrunden. In gemütlichem Ambiente können Sie entspannende Tage genießen. In der größeren Wohnung (Nr. 1) stehen zwei Schlafräume sowie eine Spülmaschine zur Verfügung. In beiden Wohnungen ist ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Schlafzimmer bieten großzügigen Platz für ruhige und erholsame Nächte. Beide Wohnungen sind mit Essecke und gemütlicher Couch ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit einem Elektroherd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet. Auch an die Sicherheit ist gedacht, im gesamten Haus befinden sich eine zentrale Rauchmeldeanlage. Im Garten stehen für Kinder verschiedene Spielgeräte wie Schaukel, Rutsche, Sandkasten etc. zur Verfügung. Ein großes Gartenhaus lädt zu geselligen Grillabenden ein. Vor dem Haus stehen mehrere Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Die drei Sterne Ferienwohnung Nr. 2 ist ca. 43 qm groß. Sie verfügt über einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett. Die Küche ist in einem seperaten Raum untergebracht. Das Bad ist mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Der Wohnraum ist mit einer Essgarnitur und Schlaf-Coachgarnitur ausgestattet. Nach Norden und Süden ist jeweils ein Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem phantastischen Ausblick. Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden.

Description

The comfortably furnished vacation apartments are located in the newly built guest house and each have two large balconies, which round off the beautiful view of the magnificent surroundings of the Upper Black Forest. You can enjoy relaxing days in a cozy atmosphere. The larger apartment (No. 1) has two bedrooms and a dishwasher. Both apartments have a bathroom with shower and WC. The bedrooms offer plenty of space for peaceful and restful nights. Both apartments are equipped with a dining area and a comfortable couch. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Security has also been taken into consideration, with a central smoke alarm system throughout the house. In the garden there are various play equipment for children, such as a swing, slide, sandpit etc. A large garden shed invites you to enjoy convivial barbecue evenings. There are several parking spaces in front of the house.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
