Description

Black Forest chalet with sauna, 300 m², directly on the ski slope/edge of the forest, 9 bedrooms, with state-of-the-art equipment, internet, 2x home cinema with beamer, internet TV, party barn, heating fireplace, 2x tiled stove, for up to 24-26 people in Todtnauberg on the Feldberg. You can strap on your skis right at the house to glide onto the slopes. Hiking trails are right by the house. Popular excursion destinations in the area are the Schluchsee, the Feldberg, the summer toboggan run in Todtnau, the Schwarzwald Galaxy adventure pool in Titisee, the Europapark and much more.


Use our large natural stone terrace directly at the house for barbecues, cosy get-togethers and celebrations. The Scheuermatthof is ideal for bachelor parties (JGA), girls' get-togethers, birthday parties, class reunions, seminars, workshops, company outings, reunions with friends, family reunions. In bad weather, use the large-screen TV with home cinema and 5.1 surround sound or meet in the party barn, lounge and TV room.


Electricity/heating current according to meter consumption 0.45 EUR/KWh. All prices include 7% VAT. Please bring your own bed linen and towels (see checklist for arrival at the booking confirmation/invoice) or book them additionally as a linen set in advance. A deposit of € 800 is required before arrival.

Check-in and check-out regulation

If the house is not occupied on the day of arrival or departure, you can arrive as early as you like or depart by 6 pm. Otherwise, the usual arrival time is from 4 pm and the departure time until 10 am.

Please always contact the landlord in advance of your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Directions

At the entrance to the village, follow the main road in the direction of the village centre. At the entrance to the village, do not turn right down into Schwimmbadweg, even if the navigation system suggests this route. This is very narrow and requires winter equipment.

Shortly after the former Hotel Bergvital, the approx. 100 m long and steep path leads up to the Scheuermatthof on the right next to the garage of the Scheuermatthof (keep left, do not drive/park right to the Weil ski club!). In case of slippery snow, snow chains and/or four-wheel drive are required. You could also park the vehicle down in and in front of the garage and walk the last 100 metres.

Differing cancellation conditions

In the event of non-utilisation of the contractual services, the lessee shall be obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, less the expenses saved by the lessor. The date of receipt of the notice of cancellation by the lessor shall be decisive for the time of cancellation and for the amount of the cancellation costs:
a) more than 60 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price,
b) 60 - 31 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price,
c) 30 days - 1 day before the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price,
d) 95% of the rental charge in the event of cancellation on the day of commencement of the rental period.
The usually saved expenses are taken into account in the lump sum. The hirer is at liberty to prove that no or lower costs were incurred in connection with the cancellation. 
 

Tourist tax information

Die angegebenen Preise beinhalten keine Kurtaxe. Die Stadt Todtnau erhebt eine Kurtaxe. Important payment information and other conditions

A deposit is due upon booking. Please transfer 30% of the tour price to the landlord's bank account within 7 days. You will be informed of the bank details by the landlord after booking.

Please transfer the balance 60 days before arrival. The deposit is 800 Euro. Please transfer the deposit together with the final payment before arrival. Electricity/heating current according to meter consumption 0,45 €/KWh. All prices include 7% VAT.

The deposit will be refunded after departure within 14 days minus electricity costs.

An additional written confirmation of the rental agreement is required. This is important to confirm the obligation to clear snow and for legal clarification, especially in the case of liability and cancellation issues.
