Welcome to Haus am Bach Todtnauberg, holiday apartment and accommodation for vacation, time out, leisure time in the Black Forest.
The completely renovated, energetically refurbished and newly furnished apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor, not barrier-free, only accessible via stairs), faces southwest to northwest and is ideal for 2 (up to a maximum of 4) people. Perfect for solo travellers, couples or families with up to two children.
It consists of a separate bedroom, open living room/bedroom, dining room with kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet.
The living and dining area/kitchen are open and generously connected. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, the dining table seats four. All rooms are flooded with light and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows and landscape.
* In the outdoor area, guests can use our spacious lawn with deckchairs, the terrace or the fireplace and barbecue area by the creek at any time. A parking lot is available directly at the house, as well as storage facilities for bicycles or skis. There is a charging station for e-cars (for a fee), e-bikes can of course be charged.
Children of all ages are welcome, but we would like to point out that the apartment is not explicitly furnished and equipped to be suitable for small children. In the interests of all guests, the apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Holiday. Time out. Free space. The Haus am Bach Todtnauberg is a special and inspiring place in unique surroundings for holidays, short escapes from everyday life or creative time-outs at any time of year: plenty of greenery and fresh coolness in summer, sunny days above the sea of fog in autumn, often snow-covered winter wonderland in winter. Our ecologically renovated Black Forest house, which is over 300 years old, is situated on the edge of Todtnauberg in a quiet location at 1,020 metres above sea level, detached on a large, flat meadow, directly by the stream.
Here you can leave everyday life behind, relax in the clear mountain air, recharge your batteries, enjoy the peace, landscape and nature, listen to the sound of the torrent around the campfire, let your mind wander into the distance and your gaze wander to the horizon - in spring, summer and autumn a paradise for hiking and biking, in winter for skiing, cross-country skiing and winter hiking.
Newly renovated holiday flat / 2-room flat with kitchen/dining room for 2 to 4 people on the top floor. Suitable for single travellers, couples or families with (younger) children. Small dams can be built by the torrent, a large cherry tree provides shade, the extensive meadow offers space to lie down, sit and play, while cows or horses graze in the neighbouring meadows. In the evening, you can sit comfortably by the fire pit by the stream or have a barbecue.
Car park and electric car charging facilities available.
Right on the doorstep: hiking trails, bike tours, access to the ski lift, cross-country ski trail, toboggan slope ... and a place in a deckchair.

Differing cancellation conditions
Up to the 91st day before departure 10%, at least EUR 25.00; 90 to 31 days before departure 40%; 30 to 8 days before departure 70%; 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show 90%.
Tourist tax information
Plus visitor's tax (guest card):
2.90 € per person per night from 17 years and 1.00 € per person per night from 6-16 years - to be paid on site. The visitor's tax includes the Konus guest card, which covers the use of local public transport. The guest card also entitles you to various discounts in the Todtnau mountains and throughout the Black Forest. The visitor's tax must be paid on site.
Important payment information and other conditions
The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. A deposit of 20% of the holiday price must be paid upon booking. The remaining 80% is to be paid up to 30 days before the start of the holiday.
Weekly discount: We grant a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more.
For weekend stays (2 nights Friday to Sunday) a short-stay surcharge of approx. 40% applies.
