Description
The typical Black Forest inn Hirschen is located in the Präger Gletscher-Kessel nature reserve and has been run as a family business for 168 years. This includes our organic farm with Hinterwald cattle. We are therefore able to offer you naturally produced meat from veal and beef of the best quality and excellently prepared by our chef and head chef. Make yourself at home in our cosy guest rooms and our wood-panelled restaurant. You are always a welcome, personal guest of the Mühl family.
