Prices on request; high season: 15.06. - 15.09.; 20.12. - 06.01.; 1 week before and 1 week after carnival.

Cancellation conditions:

Free of charge for cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the trip, 80% of the accommodation price for cancellations 30-0 days before the start of the trip. Cancellation in times of Covid 19 on request!

Payment:

No deposit, after arrival in cash!

Check-in and check-out regulation

On the day of arrival, the holiday flat is available from 14:00 or by arrangement. 

On the day of departure, the flat must be vacated by 10:00 am or by arrangement.

If the holiday flat is available in the desired period, you will receive a written offer from us. If the offer is accepted, you will be asked to make a written booking, which we will then confirm in writing.     

Terms of payment 

No deposit!  The invoice amount including tourist tax is due in cash on arrival!

Cancellation conditions

We take the liberty of charging as follows for written cancellations:

Cancellation up to 30 days before departure free of charge, then up to the day of arrival 70 % of the rental costs without tourist tax.

Arrival and departure 

On the day of arrival, the holiday flat is available from 14:00 or by arrangement. 

On the day of departure, the flat must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. or by prior arrangement. 

Holiday apartments 

The holiday flat is handed over by the landlord in an orderly and clean condition with a complete inventory. Should defects exist or occur during the rental period, the landlord must be informed immediately. The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him to the rented property, the inventory and the communal facilities, e.g. broken crockery, damage to the floor or furniture. This also includes the costs for 

lost keys (locking system).

The inventory is to be treated with care and is only intended to remain in the holiday flats. The tenant is also liable for the fault of fellow travellers. 

Damage caused by force majeure is excluded from this. The contract may be terminated without notice in the event of use of the holiday flat in breach of the contract, such as subletting, over-occupancy, disturbance of the peace of the house, etc., as well as in the event of non-payment of the full rental price.

The rent already paid remains with the landlord. 

If liability insurance exists, the damage must be reported to the insurance company. The landlord must be informed of the name, address and insurance number of the insurance company.

Stay 

The holiday flat may only be used by the persons listed in the booking. If the holiday flat is used by more persons than agreed, a separate fee must be paid for this, which is determined in the rental price. In this case, the landlord also has the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice. 

Subletting and transfer of the flat to third parties is not permitted. The tenancy agreement may not be passed on to third parties. 

The tenant agrees to the general terms and conditions of the holiday flat and the house rules - insofar as these are part of the rental property. 

The declaration of consent is made with the payment. 

The landlord is entitled to terminate the tenancy immediately and without notice in the event of violations of the general terms and conditions or the house rules. 

There is no legal claim to repayment of the rent or compensation!

Cancellation of the trip 

A necessary cancellation of the trip must be communicated in writing. Depending on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, the following flat rates apply for calculating the compensation to the host, taking into account usual savings and usual possible income:

-Up to the 30th day before the start of the holiday free of charge

-Thereafter 70% of the rental costs excluding tourist tax.
