This property offers access to a shared outdoor area featuring a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue, and a playground. The vacation home is situated 60 km from Freiburg and Zurich, and 40 minutes away from Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen. There are 18 circular hiking trails nearby (8 to 12 kilometers long), 4 of which are directly accessible from the house, and the others are reachable within 10 minutes by car. There are 3 bakeries, an Edeka supermarket with a butcher's shop, a dentist, a pharmacy, and a savings bank in the village. Public transport links are located within walking distance, and there is a large children's playground right next to the property. Other notable places include a tennis court, Naturena bathing lake, and a ball track in the forest. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after 10 pm). The property has a motorbike and bicycle storage.
