Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2010 neu errichteten Einfamilienhaus im Schwarzwaldstil. Angenehme Wohnatmosphäre unter anderem durch ökologische Bauweise, hochwertig ausgestattetes Bad mit Eckbadewanne. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Handtücher werden bereit gestellt. Wunderschöner Blick in die Zartenbachtalaue aus den Zimmern und von der Terrasse. Kinder sind willkommen (Kinderbett, Babybett, Kinderhochstuhl, Spielplatz ganz in der Nähe,...) Die Wohnung ist behindertenfreundlich ausgelegt. Der ebenerdige Zugang, die Dusche und die Schwelle zwischen Wohnzimmer und Terrasse sind bodengleich und mit einem Rollstuhl befahrbar. Es gibt aber keine speziellen, behindertengerechten Sanitäreinrichtungen. Eine Ladestation für Elektroautos ist vorhanden.

The quietly situated house (height above sea level 885 m) in ecological construction stands on the penultimate plot in a cul-de-sac in the immediate vicinity of the park in the centre of the village. The garden borders with two sides on the landscape protection area in the valley flat of the Zartenbach. in walking distance (less than 10 minutes) are station (30 minutes to Freiburg) various purchase possibilities, cross-country ski run center (distance to the cross-country trail 50 m), children's playground in the proximity, cure house, physicians and the weekly farmer's market. Access to the house is at ground level (handicapped accessible) without steps or stairs.Check-in and check-out regulation
