Description
The detached Black Forest house built in 1936 was extensively renovated in 2016/2017 and offers comfortable accommodation for a total of 8 people in 2 holiday flats of 60m2 and 70m2. Both flats have new bathrooms & separate WCs /new kitchens/ balconies, cosy furnishings and wood-burning stoves. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine/dryer/freezer and a ski/bicycle cellar. In the garden there is a barbecue possibility at the fireplace with a grill grate. Car parking spaces are at the house.The juxtaposition of old building stock, largely unchanged room layout, partly original floors, antiques from the region and modern, comfortable furniture we have lovingly arranged for you.The large property with approx. 1800m2 is available in summer for relaxing, exploring and in winter for sledging.The adjacent forest forms a special background. Families with children are very welcome. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed. In the interest of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the flats or in the house.
