“Time out” at Knöpfles
On vacation you can jet around the world and explore faraway countries.
But you can also find yourself,
experience the peace and quiet of the Black Forest at night, enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning with a view of the surrounding mountains, then go skiing or snowboarding,
hiking, mountain biking, swimming or golfing,
stroll through nearby villages or small towns,
relax in our sauna with outdoor area and a great view of the valley,
find a romantic spot in the terrace garden
and immerse yourself in a good book,
in the evening review the day by the tiled stove with a Black Forest snack or Piet's skillfully prepared menu and a glass of wine.
We prefer to use food from local producers in organic quality.
Herbs and finesse season the dishes, no flavor enhancers.
