The living room with couch and television goes directly into the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher.
You can also use a washing machine in the general laundry room of the house. Laundry lines are also available here.

In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other a stacking bed for 2 persons. On the sofa bed in the living room you can sleep another 2 people. For your things there are generous built-in cupboards.

The bathtub with whirlpool function invites you to relax. In the second bathroom there is a shower with massage function.

Within sight of the apartment (300m away) there is an excellent public adventure playground for the children.

The apartment also has a carport, which can also be used as a bicycle shelter.

In summer you can start many great hikes directly from the apartment or enjoy the peace and quiet on the great outdoor seating area. The mountain landscape around Hinterzarten is characterised by dense forests, wide meadows, clear mountain lakes and a mysterious high moor.
Wonderful downhill runs (floodlit in the evening), a large cross-country skiing network, a natural ice rink and romantic winter hiking trails are tempting in winter. Children-friendly ski lifts can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
