Unsere Ferienwohnung "Schwarzwaldblick" befindet sich am Ortsrand von Lenzkirch und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit in ruhiger und sonniger Lage abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Die Maisonette-Wohnung wurde diesen Sommer (2020) neu renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss der Wohnung befindet sich eine Gästetoilette sowie das Wohnzimmer mit der offenen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Kochinsel. Hier hat man bereits beim gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Schwarzwald. Auf dem an das Wohnzimmer angrenzenden Süd-Westbalkon, kann man nach einem herrlichen Tag in der Natur die Abendsonne genießen. Über eine Holztreppe gelangt man in das Obergeschoss. Dort befinden sich die zwei Schlafzimmer- das Größere mit einem Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und das Kleinere mit zwei Einzelbetten (90x200 cm). Zudem findet man im Obergeschoss ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duschmöglichkeit. In unserer Ferienwohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet.
Haustiere sind in dieser Unterkunft nicht erlaubt.

Our holiday flat is located in an apartment building in a quiet cul-de-sac right next to the forest. It is therefore the ideal starting point for relaxing days as well as for active activities and excursions in the region. The Upper Black Forest offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages at any time of year. In summer, this idyllic region invites you to go hiking, cycling or swimming in the surrounding lakes or the newly renovated outdoor pool in Lenzkirch. In winter, on the other hand, it is a fantastic area for skiing, tobogganing and snowshoeing. As our guests, you can also use numerous leisure attractions in the Black Forest free of charge with the Hochschwarzwaldcard.the holiday flat is located on the Sommerberg and therefore offers a beautiful view of the village centre and the Black Forest. From the holiday flat you can walk down to the village centre in 10 minutes, where you will find the town hall, the Kurhaus, the church, 2 supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher's shop, the post office and the cinema.
The Lenzkirch outdoor swimming pool is a 13-minute walk away. Payment must be made by bank transfer before arrival. We would be very pleased to welcome you as our guests.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
