Im Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohnschlafzimmer (ausziehbare Schrankbetten) befinden sich gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnküche ist komplett ausgestattet (Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, etc.). Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf der möblierten Südterrasse genießen Sie Sonne bis in den späten Abend. Grillmöglichkeit und Fahrradabstellplatz am Haus. Wir sind Kinder- u. Babyfreundlich. SAT-TV u. CD-Player stehen zur Verfügung.

Unser Schwarzwaldhaus, ca. 2,5 km vom Schluchsee entfernt, liegt in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Es erwartet Sie eine mit Liebe ins Detail eingerichtete Wohnung mit sep. Eingang und eigenem Freisitz. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher sowie WLAN sind im Preis inbegriffen.Zahlreiche Wanderwege, Skilift u. Loipe befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Für Kinder gibt es zahlreiche Spielmöglichkeiten sowie einen eigenen kleinen Spielplatz direkt am Haus.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Arrival is possible between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 9:30 a.m. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the key handover.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
