A starting point for hiking into the Steina Valley – Sommerau or in the direction of Faulenfürst, Dresselbach, Lake Schluchsee. In the winter, you can access the Balzhauser cross-country ski runs. After an eventful day, the Gasthaus Löwen offers a hearty traditional ploughman’s, known as Vesper in these parts.
