Directions
You start your hike at Schluchsee train station. The tour takes you along the lake circuit past the fun and leisure pool "Aqua-Fun" in the direction of Seebrugg to the "Seehotel Hubertus". Follow Freiburger Straße along the lake. When you arrive at the "Seehotel Hubertus", cross the road at the traffic island and take "Kohlgrubenweg". After approx. 300 meters, you have the option of turning left and taking the path towards "Kaisertanne" via a small climb. On the fir-lined path, you walk over the "Admiralsblick", from where you have another fantastic view of the Schluchsee. Past the "Kaisertanne barbecue" area to the "Schluchseehalle" parking lot and back to the train station. Alternatively, you can continue straight ahead along the "Kohlgrubenweg". You also have the option of visiting the ice rink near the elementary school on "Faulenfürster Straße". From there, you can walk back to the starting point at Schluchsee station via "Faulenfürster Straße".
