The chapel has a quarry-stone wall and a shingle roof. The ridge turret with onion dome is quite unusual for the area. The bell, dedicated to Saint Barbara, has an eventful history. It was buried to avoid being removed during the Second World War. The chapel was consecrated to the Holy Family on 19 September 2004. Inside there is a statue of the Virgin Mary of Poland and St Joseph. The bell rings at 6.00 am, 12.00 noon and 6.00 pm.
