Beschreibung
In Germany's largest theme park, visitors can experience the whole of Europe in just one day. In addition to France and Switzerland, a total of 16 European themed areas with country-specific architecture and a multi-award-winning gastronomic offer await the whole family. More than 100 attractions and shows invite you to a discovery tour of a special kind. The high-speed roller coaster "Euro-Mir" rockets space travelers into orbit. In the original Russian space station "Mir", the idols are within reach after the rapid ride. Daredevil Vikings rattle over the boards at 110 km/h in the cars of the wooden roller coaster "WODAN - Timburcoaster" in Iceland.
A ride on the 73-meter-high "Silver Star" in the French themed area also promises pure thrills. But Germany's largest amusement park is not just for brave roller coaster fans; calmer minds will also find what their hearts desire: In Italy, guests float gently through the air on "Volo da Vinci". Also popular with young and old is Grimm's Fairytale Forest, where legendary creatures such as Frau Holle, Rapunzel and Cinderella and their lovingly staged stories await around every corner. Especially on warm summer days, the family-friendly "Tiroler Wildwasserbahn" in Austria or the water coaster "Poseidon" in Greece offer welcome cooling. In addition, over 23 hours of show programs daily delight visitors.
In Holland, Italy, Scandinavia and Iceland, young and old can look forward to many highlights. The discovery tour starts in the Dutch themed area: the facades around the marketplace have been rebuilt in a unique attention to detail and lend the friendly little village a typical Dutch flair. In "Pirates in Batavia," guests can join Bartholomeus van Robbemond on a quest for the fabled Dagger of Batavia, the Fire Tiger. Culinary delights are also on offer in the form of the "Bamboe Baai" restaurant - there are delicious dishes to be discovered in the midst of a Far Eastern atmosphere.
A must for all fans of Germany's largest amusement park is also the Scandinavia theme area. In addition to colorful house facades, Nordic delicacies, stores and the family attraction "Snorri Tours" attract visitors. Here, the six-armed octopus Snorri promises lots of fun for young and old. The lovable mascot of the indoor water world invites you to an expedition to the mystical island of Rulantica.
