Rötenbach Gorge
The Rötenbach Gorge flows into the Wutach Gorge after 5.5 km. It's lower section of the stream has dug deep into the mountains. It descends over 7 bridges and along narrow, challenging paths.

The Rötenbach Gorge in the Black Forest offers nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts a particularly beautiful landscape. The whole variety of the Black Forest can be seen here: dense forests, wild streams, rocky paths and impressive rock faces. The gorge hike is also a sporting challenge.
Hikers can expect narrow paths in the Rötenbach Gorge that dig deeper and deeper into the mountains. The gorge can be hiked along the Rötenbach stream, which has impressive rock formations and even a waterfall. Pure nature that invites you to enjoy a relaxing hike!
During the tour, bridges cross the stream in some places and there are small huts to discover here and there in the forest. After an exciting journey along the Rötenbach stream, the gorge in the Black Forest then flows into the Wutach Gorge.
