The Rauch-Hüsli was opened in 1974 to bring the typical products of the Black Forest closer to Hinterzarten's guests from all over the world.
In November 2010, I took over the shop and the idea behind it. By taking over the Rauch-Hüsli, I turned my "vocation" into my profession. It is important to me that only the best ingredients from the local area are used in my shop. I have made all the products myself or checked them carefully for quality and origin.
