The hotel & restaurant Peterle is a small family business. A restaurant with lots of ambience and a homely atmosphere, which is also a member of the Naturparkwirte and cooks accordingly: with as many regional products as possible from direct marketers and farmers in the Black Forest. The focus is always on quality. They work by hand, without chips or cola. The wine cellar is stocked exclusively with German wines from mostly young winegrowers, not so much known, but of outstanding quality. Complemented by a digestif selection from some of Germany's best distillers.
