Our homely restaurant is situated in a quiet location in the small district of Balzhausen, not far from Schluchsee, in a beautiful landscape surrounded by meadows and forests and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the beautiful Black Forest.
Our restaurant is a particularly popular place for hikers and day trippers to stop for a bite to eat.
For hiking groups we ask you to book at least 3 days in advance.
On our snack menu you will find hearty Black Forest snacks, selected wines, a cool beer and refreshments. In the afternoon we serve coffee and homemade cakes.
In summer we also have barbecues in the garden and there is also a small playground for children. Cigarettes can be enjoyed outside.
The Restaurant is already in the 4th generation in the possession of our family.
