The Adlerwald trail starts at the Adler ski stadium and runs almost
in the forest. There is a constant up and down, so it is quite
demanding. The Adlerwald trail is not accessible during competitions at the Adler
Ski Stadium and is only occasionally groomed in winter.

In addition, a cross-country trail map has been developed that shows all certified cross-country trail centres in a unique overview and quality and contains specific suggestions and tips for cross-country skiers in the southern Black Forest.
