On four paws through Breitnau - a short circular tour with a view

You start your tour at the hiking parking lot in Breitnau and follow the road “Im Talgrund” through the residential area and past Café Sonnenhöhe. At the end of the village, walk past the playground and follow the path across meadows along the edge of the forest to the Maria im Moos chapel. Then keep left at the fork in the path and pass a few houses. After the Mooshäusle, keep right before taking the Föhrwaldweg to the left at the next crossroads. Continue along the edge of the forest and past the Jungholz barbecue area until you reach the junction with Bergackerweg. Turn left and follow this via the field path and through small sections of forest back to the starting point.
