Beschreibung
The two snowshoe trails on mountain Feldberg are specially signposted and make it easy to discover the beauty of the area on your own.
If you prefer not to explore the wintry Feldberg on your own, you can join one of the many guided snowshoe tours on the Feldberg.
Autorentipp
A visit to the "Haus der Natur" afterwards is a must.
Wegbeschreibung
This short, signposted walk around the Feldberg is ideal for beginners. It starts behind the Haus der Natur and takes you up to Seebuck. Follow the winter hiking trail uphill. Follow the signs to the left and cross the ski slope under the Zeiger cable car. After a beautiful but challenging climb through the forest, you reach Seebuck - the highest point of the walk. Here you can take a short break and, on a clear day, enjoy the panoramic views of the Alps. The Seebuck Trail then takes you past the Feldberg Tower towards the Grüble and down to the Panorama Trail. This will take you back to your starting point - the Haus der Natur.
Ausrüstung
Clothing suitable for the weather and good snowshoes are essential.
Sicherheitshinweise
ATTENTION in fog. At the Seebuck, the runner signs are spaced out. However, there are directional arrows.
Weitere Informationen
Snowshoe trails are specially signposted hiking trails, away from cleared hiking paths and cross-country ski trails, through unspoilt winter landscapes. These routes can only be travelled with snowshoes. Safe walking on uneven terrain is a prerequisite!
