Wegbeschreibung
You start your tour at the hiking parking lot. Following the Rötenbach stream, the trail first leads through the narrow, wild and romantic Rötenbach gorge. You cross the wild stream with its impressive rapids and small waterfalls over 8 footbridges and bridges. At the mouth of the Wutach Gorge, it is worth taking a short break in the refreshing water. You continue downstream, walking through various layers of rock from the past 300 million years. You leave the wild Wutach Gorge at Räuberschlössle, from where the view down into the Wutach Gorge will make hikers' hearts beat faster. The route continues to Göschweiler. Crossing fields and the Weißholz forest, you reach the Engenbach stream to the Rötenbacher Wiesen nature reserve and back to the starting point.
