The chapel dates back to 1718 and was built in gratitude for "three children born at the same time" - triplets. It has two floors and the granary was on the upper floor. At that time, many farms had their granaries outside the yard, away from the hearth fire, so that food or valuables hidden in the secret hiding place would not be destroyed in the event of a fire.
