The yoga course mainly teaches the basic asanas of the Rishikesh sequence.
- Surya Namaskara (sun salutation)
- Pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Asanas (postures) combined with correct breathing
- Shavasana, a deep relaxation of your body regions as well as your emotional, mental and spiritual level
Weather permitting, the sessions will also take place outside in nature.
