The menu offers Baden specialties
as well as dishes with Mediterranean, classic French or Asian influences - all in the very own interpretation of kitchen director and spice sommelier Bernhard König! The ingredients: The finest from around the world and the best from the region, preferably sustainably produced products. Almost half of the 120 or so wines on offer come from the region.
For children, the family-friendly restaurant has its own menu, high chairs and coloring materials. Children can use the playground in the park and the hotel's indoor children's play area.
A total of five rooms in different styles are available to choose from - from the rustic "Stube" with antique elements dating back to the year of construction 1639, to the cozy seating area "Wirtshus" to the elegant central area. A brand new addition: the glamorous room "Bergkristall", which - like the "Stube" - can also be booked for banquets and events.
External guests can also use the Parkhotel Adler daily between 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. by prior reservation.
In the lobby bar in the Belle Époque main building, sophisticated cocktails, classic aperitifs and bar drinks await you daily from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
