Wegbeschreibung
You start the tour at the railway station in Titisee. Directly opposite the railway station is the Hochfirstweg, which you follow until you come to Seestraße through a small pine forest. Follow Seestraße around the end of the lake to the southern shore. Now you walk directly along the lake to Seehäusle and then continue uphill to the right of the railway line to Bärental. Once you arrive, the route climbs steeply. At the Happ crossroads, continue along the forest road until the red diamonds point to the right and guide you up to the Zweiseenblick (1,304 m). However, it is nicer to stay on the wide path for a short distance and then follow the steep path directly over the steep flank.
Once at the top, you have a marvellous view of Lake Titisee and the Schluchsee through the tall trees. The landscape is somewhat reminiscent of Scandinavia as you follow the boardwalk across the high moor. At the Hochkopfhütte, a wide forest road is reached again, which leads through steep mountain flanks to the Caritas House on the Feldberg Pass. Follow the Feldberg Pass until you can turn right onto the Köpfleweg. This leads you up to the Haus der Natur, our destination.
If you still have some energy left, you can also venture up to the Feldberg tower. This little extra hike is worth it, the view is breathtaking: 360-degree panoramic views! The absolute highlight is the panoramic view of the Alps to the south.
