Beschreibung

The winter walk starts at the Schluchsee railway station. Follow the circular path around the lake to Aha. Here you can enjoy views of the snow-capped Feldberg. From Aha, walk towards the Windgfällweiher pond, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the lake covered in a winter mantle. Continue towards Altglashütten railway station.

Wegbeschreibung

The winter walk starts at the Schluchsee railway station. Follow the circular path around the lake to Aha. On the way you can enjoy the wonderful views of the frozen Schluchsee and the winter landscape. The Amalienruh, a spit of land with a hut, invites you to stop and enjoy. When tourism was still in its infancy, a 'Bellevue Pavilion' was built on the characteristic rocky outcrop. From here the trail leads directly to Aha. Here you can enjoy views of the snow-capped Feldberg. From Aha follow the Oberer Bildsteinweg towards Windgfällweiher. Cross the road and follow the path towards Altglashütten railway station. From here you can take the train back to Schluchsee.

Ausrüstung

Winter clothing is recommended. Bring a packed lunch and hot tea if necessary.
